I needed a full stealth PPF and ceramic coating for my Tesla model Y, so I contacted 7 (yes - seven) different places and chose Elements Labs and Ceramic Pro Vancouver based on price and reviews. Everything went well, starting with scheduling an appointment with Jenn, Curtis explaining the process and, most importantly, the final result - the car looks amazing. I love the new matte finish look. They also did a follow-up inspection of PPF after two weeks, which was included. No issues were found but it's good to know they care about the work they do. I am really impressed with the services Elements Labs provided, very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly people, would recommend them to anybody. 10/10.

Beyond amazing! High-quality work and excellent client service. They use quality products from Kavaca and Ceramic Pro. Both Curtis and James were extremely helpful. I got my MX-5 wrapped with paint protection film and had it ceramic coated on top. The PPF installation was very clean and precise. The ceramic coating really transforms the look of the car. I often get compliments on how "clean" my car looks at traffic stops. They do a complimentary wash 2 weeks after the PPF installation and check that everything has cured nicely. They truly care for the quality of their work. Ask about add on packages, you can get wheels ceramic coating, interior treatment and more for good prices if you package services together. Highly recommend their services!

Had my 2017 GLI coated with Ceramic Pro Gold Package as well as my rims and calipers. Car turned out amazing. Deep wet gloss black look which I have never seen before from waxing or polishing. Super easy to maintain. Curtis and his team did a great job and I couldn’t be happier. The customer service and quality of the job was outstanding and the car has never looked better. Would highly recommend Ceramic Pro Vancouver to any car enthusiast out there!

They are a busy shop but it’s worth it. Customer service is above any beyond. They really wen the extra mile on helping me out with a couple things on the car which had nothing to do with the service I was going there for. Super friendly and accommodating. Really refreshing to feel I’m getting what I’m paying for.

I was referred to this location by a friend who is very careful about who he trusts touching his car so I was comfortable going. The work the team here did on my car was excellent. And the customer service that they provided to me after the work was done and money was paid did not get worse, only better. They resolved the concerns I had very quickly and did a few extra things I didn’t expect. I am very grateful that I came here. This team has your best interest in mind and goes above and beyond with everything they do. They even went ahead and cleaned my entire car and went as far as washing my wheels! Extremely satisfied with the customer and professional services provided! Very clean office, friendly staff, answered all my questions and provided great tips to maintain and keep my car clean.
